A 4.9 km loop from the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center near Juneau on the Trail of Time and the East Glacier Trail, climbing about 500 ft (150 m) on wooden steps through dense willow, alder and cottonwood to views of Mendenhall Glacier from a safe distance, past the side trail to A-J Falls.
