Blue Lake North Cascades

Trail description

A 3.7 km climb of about 270 m from the Blue Lake Trailhead on the North Cascades Highway to Blue Lake, in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest near Washington Pass. The lake lies below the west slope of Blue Lake Peak, a 2,380 m summit south of Early Winters Spires, Liberty Bell Mountain and Washington Pass. Runoff from the peak drains into tributaries of the Chelan and Methow rivers.
