Trail description

A 10.3 km climb up the Barr Trail from Manitou Springs to Barr Camp in the Pike National Forest, about halfway along the 13-mile (21 km) trail to the summit of Pikes Peak. The trail is the course of the Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon, and the full climb to the summit gains 7,800 ft (2,400 m).
