Trail description
A cool forested loop from the Marshall Gulch picnic area near Summerhaven, high in the Mount Lemmon area above Tucson. The Aspen Trail climbs through aspen and pine to Marshall Saddle and the Marshall Gulch Trail returns down a shaded creek; the loop stays well below the Mount Lemmon summit. It is a refreshing escape from the desert heat far below.
