Termas del Daymán

Trail description

Easy stroll through the spa village of Termas del Daymán, about 10 km south-east of Salto, along its streets and the Rambla by the thermal pools. The springs rise from about 2,000 m down in the Guaraní Aquifer at up to 46°C, the hottest in Uruguay, and feed a municipal thermal spa and the Acuamanía water park. The resort lies on the banks of the Daymán River and is one of the most visited thermal complexes in the country.
