The Lich Way: Bellever to Lydford

Trail description

The old Way of the Dead across Dartmoor, along which people from the moorland farms once carried their dead to the churchyard at Lydford. It runs west from Bellever over the open moor and down to Lydford. It crosses the Merrivale and Willsworthy military ranges: check the Dartmoor firing times before you go and do not walk there when the red flags fly.
