Shining Tor from Errwood

Trail description

From the Errwood Hall car park by the Errwood Reservoir in the Goyt Valley, paths and tracks climb past the ruins of Errwood Hall and its rhododendrons onto the moorland ridge to Shining Tor (559 m), the highest point in Cheshire. The walk is 5.9 km out and back with about 270 m of climbing.
