Trail description

A climb of about 2.5 km to the landmark tower on Rivington Pike above the West Pennine Moors. The path winds up through the atmospheric Terraced Gardens past the Japanese and Italian lakes and the Pigeon Tower to the summit, with sweeping views over Lancashire to the sea. A hugely popular local walk.
