Trail description
From Elterwater the route climbs through woodland and old slate quarries onto the open fell, then follows the ridge wall to the summit of Lingmoor Fell. At 469 m it divides Great Langdale from Little Langdale. The summit looks over the Langdale Pikes, the high fells at the head of Great Langdale and the Coniston Fells.
