Dales Way: Cowgill to Sedbergh

Trail description

The Dales Way follows the River Dee down Dentdale from Cowgill to the cobbled village of Dent, then crosses fields and riverbanks to Sedbergh at the foot of the Howgill Fells. Mostly easy field paths, with stiles and some muddy patches.
