Trail description

This circuit starts at the car park in Croesor, a 19th century village built for workers at the Rhosydd and Croesor slate quarries at the foot of Cnicht. It passes through Cwm Croesor and the historic Parc Quarry, with wide views of the mountains and the sea. The Croesor Quarry produced around 2,000 tons of slate a year between 1865 and 1930.
