Trail description
A round from the Old Dungeon Ghyll in Great Langdale, up Oxendale and past Red Tarn to the knobbly tops of Crinkle Crags, along the rocky ridge over Long Top (859 m) to Three Tarns, and back down the Band. The Bad Step below Long Top is a short rock climb with an easier path round it, and the ridge is confusing in mist.
