Cribyn and Pen y Fan Horseshoe

Trail description

A 9.1 km horseshoe with about 470 m of climbing in the central Brecon Beacons, starting at about 495 m below Cwm Cynwyn on the north side. The route climbs to the Bwlch ar y Fan, follows the escarpment edge over Cribyn (795 m) to Pen y Fan (886 m) above the cliffs of Craig Cwm Llwch, and returns to the start, with continuous views over the glaciated valleys.
