Trail description
A coastal walk at Urla İskele, on the southern shore of the Gulf of İzmir west of İzmir. The route follows the shore streets from the ancient site of Klazomenai past Limantepe to the Kum Denizi beach and back, about 2.7 km in all. Klazomenai was one of the twelve cities of ancient Ionia, and its olive-oil press from the 6th century BC is the only surviving example of its kind from an ancient Greek city.
