Meskendir Valley

Trail description

A 1.8 km walk with about 35 m of climbing from near Göreme into the Meskendir and Zemi valleys, past the Hidden Church and the El Nazar church. Göreme, in Nevşehir, is known for its fairy chimneys. Many were hollowed out in the Middle Ages to make homes and churches.
