Kuşadası Pigeon Island Walk

Trail description

A short harbour walk in Kuşadası along the waterfront and across the causeway to Güvercinada, or Pigeon Island. The island is joined to the mainland by a 350 m causeway. Its castle walls were built by İlyas Agha, and the citadel was commissioned by the Ottoman admiral Hayreddin Barbarossa. The route is about 1.4 km from the harbour to the castle.
