A walk in Pha Taem National Park from the visitor centre down to the foot of the Pha Taem cliff above the Mekong, where paintings of fish, elephants and hands some 3,000 years old line the rock face. About 3.3 km out and back with some 80 m of climbing, with views across the river to Laos. A national park fee is charged.
