Trail description

A short section of the old Hehuan cross-mountain road preserved as a trail through Taroko Gorge. It runs along cliffs high above the Liwu River, passing a short tunnel and forest with views down into the canyon. A quiet alternative to the busier gorge stops. Closed since the April 2024 earthquake; check Taroko National Park before going.
