Dulishan Spiral (獨立山)

Trail description

Dulishan is an 840 m peak in Zhuqi, Chiayi County, one of Taiwan's Small 100 Peaks. It is famous because the Alishan Forest Railway climbs around it in a triple spiral and a figure-eight loop within a small area, with Dulishan station near the top. This short trail starts near Zhangnaoliao station and climbs on forest footpaths to the summit. Along the way the railway can be seen winding around the hill below.
