Trail description

A flat 7.2 km walk along the shore of Lake Geneva from Vevey to Montreux on the Vaud Riviera. Montreux has been a tourist destination since the 19th century thanks to its mild climate, with many Belle Epoque palaces and hotels along the lake. Montreux station is on the Simplon railway.
