Trail description

A long climb of 9.9 km and about 1,770 m from Tierfehd at the head of the Linth valley to the Muttseehütte at 2,501 m. The path climbs steep slopes past the Limmernboden, with sections secured by chains, and reaches the hut beside the Muttsee with its huge dam. Many walkers save the first 1,000 m with the Kalktrittli cable car.
