Trail description

The signed Höhenweg Maderanertal (route 590) runs 15.8 km from the Golzern cable car top station past the Golzernsee and the Windgällenhütte (2,032 m), along the slope to the Tritt and down past the Milchbach falls to the valley floor and the Golzern cable car valley station near Bristen. It has about 680 m of ascent and 1,250 m of descent, so it is a long day on T2 paths and alp tracks.
