A 21.2 km Via Alpina stage from Lenk over the Trütlisberg pass at 2,038 m and down to Gstaad, with about 1,020 m of climbing. Most of the way is on paths and alp tracks across open pasture, with some T3 (demanding mountain hiking) sections near the pass. It is a long day; buses link Gstaad back to Lenk.
