Trail description

A 4.2 km climb of about 700 m from Fiescheralp up the rocky ridge to the Eggishorn at 2,927 m, the classic viewpoint over the Aletsch Glacier, the longest in the Alps. The last part is a blocky scramble path. A cable car goes up from Fiescheralp to just below the top.
