Trail description

An 11.8 km walk with about 950 m of climbing from Le Chargeur at the Grande Dixence dam along the Lac des Dix and up to the Cabane des Dix at 2,928 m. The hut stands on a rock knoll facing the north face of Mont Blanc de Cheilon. The last section crosses a moraine and can hold snow early in the season.
