Trail description

A walk up the Tarfalavagge valley from Kebnekaise Mountain Station to STF Tarfala, the highest of STF's mountain cabins, surrounded by peaks over 2,000 m and glaciers. STF notes that day tours to Tarfala from the mountain station are common; the glaciers should only be viewed from a distance unless you join a guided glacier hike.
