Pahiyangala Cave

Trail description

A stepped climb to a vast prehistoric rock shelter near Bulathsinhala, one of the largest natural caves in Asia. Excavations here uncovered some of the oldest human remains in South Asia. The overhang and its temple offer cool shade and valley views.
