Knuckles Peak from Corbett's Gap

Trail description

A long walk of about 11 km from Corbett's Gap, on the road from Rangala to Meemure, along forest tracks and paths over the ridges of the Knuckles range to the 1,863 m Knuckles Peak. The Knuckles Conservation Forest is a UNESCO World Heritage site; a Forest Department permit and a local guide are required, and the higher paths are often in mist and full of leeches after rain.
