Dolukanda Hike

Trail description

A hike on Dolukanda, a forested hill near Kurunegala known for its medicinal plants and old monastic caves, from the Dolukanda Rajamaha Viharaya temple up rock and forest paths past the summit area to the caves and viewpoints. About 5 km out and back with some 480 m of climbing. Dress respectfully at the temple and the caves.
