Pico Mágina

Trail description

Official Sierra Mágina Natural Park trail to the 2,165 m summit of Mágina, the highest point of Jaén province, starting at a forest track junction reached from km 6.5 of the A-324 between Huelma and Cambil (small car park). It climbs the Tosquilla track and path past the Tinada de la Cruz and an old snow pit to the top, with views from Cazorla to Sierra Nevada. The park sheet gives 10.3 km, about 5 hours, high difficulty, with an optional branch to Miramundos.
