Trail description

From the village of Torrebarrio in the Babia region of León the route climbs past the Torrebarrio refuge and up the steep grassy and rocky slopes to Peña Ubiña (2,417 m), the highest summit of the Ubiña massif on the border of León and Asturias. The views reach over the Babia and Luna valleys and north to the Picos de Europa.
