La Barranca por Miradores y Senda Ortiz

Trail description

A circular walk in the Valle de La Barranca above Navacerrada that climbs a forest track past viewpoints facing La Maliciosa, the Cuerda Larga and the Cuerda de las Cabrillas. The descent passes the site of the old Sanatorio de Guadarrama and returns along the Senda Ortiz through the pine wood; the park lists 10.3 km, 429 m of ascent and 3.5 hours.
