Fuente Dé a Puertos de Áliva

Trail description

A 9.1 km climb of about 970 m from Fuente De, at the head of the Deva valley, up to the high pastures of the Puertos de Aliva in the central Picos de Europa, reaching about 1,950 m. Aliva's common summer pastures, once also mined, are reached by a track from Espinama or from the upper station of the Fuente De cable car. The cable car rises 753 m in about three and a half minutes to El Cable, a viewpoint over the valley.
