A long walk across Tierra Estella from Estella over the Ega river and out through Ayegui, then on farm tracks by the villages of Igúzquiza and Abáigar and the ruined chapel of San Vicente de Yániz to Los Arcos. The way crosses open vineyards and cereal fields of Navarra.
