Trail description

A steep 5 km climb of about 1,130 m from Cardaño de Abajo to the Espigüete at 2,450 m, the limestone pyramid above the Carrión valley. The upper part climbs a scree ridge and needs care. The summit looks over the Montaña Palentina and the Picos de Europa.
