Trail description

From the Plaça de la Vila in Alaró the walk climbs the Puig d'Alaró, twin of s'Alcadena at the entrance to the Serra de Tramuntana, to the ruins of the rock castle on the summit, with views over the Pla de Mallorca, the Orient valley and the high peaks. The Consell de Mallorca's family itinerary is 14.2 km in total, about 4 h 50 min with 643 m of ascent, graded difficult.
