Cañón del río Irantzu

Trail description

Linear walk from the Monastery of Irantzu, starting by a stone cross, gently up the canyon of the Irantzu river between the Peña del Águila and the Peña de Irantzu, past water-worn rock, pools and clear water into a dense beech wood. Visit Navarra gives 4.5 km one way with 107 m of ascent on concrete and stone track, ending at a spot known as Esquina de Elke.
