Brañagallones desde Bezanes

Trail description

The PR-AS 66 in Redes Natural Park follows a dirt track, concreted on the steepest stretches, from the car park in Bezanes through chestnut and beech woods, past the Texu la Oración viewpoint, several brañas and the short Crestón tunnel to the meadows of Brañagallones, a vega filled in from an old glacial lake. The track is closed to private vehicles. The Asturian mountain federation rates it easy: 20.2 km and about 5 h 45 min return, with 750 m of ascent.
