Trail description
From the Parador de Las Cañadas the Siete Cañadas track leads to trail 5, which climbs the caldera wall to the Degollada de Guajara on the old Camino de Chasna, and trail 15 continues up to the 2,715 m Alto de Guajara, the highest point of the caldera wall, with the remains of the hut used by astronomer Jean Mascart in 1910. A high-mountain route rated high difficulty; free access, no booking.
