Trail description
A 5.8 km walk with about 250 m of climbing from Injisuthi camp up the valley, past the Njesuthi river and Boundary Pool, to Battle Cave. Injisuthi lies in the central part of the Maloti-Drakensberg Park World Heritage Site. Battle Cave, a wide sandstone overhang, is one of the best-preserved San rock art sites in southern Africa; the shelter is fenced and can only be visited with a guide booked in advance.
