Hennops Hiking Trail

Trail description

An 8.2 km loop with about 230 m of climbing on the Hennops hiking trails west of Centurion, past the Hospitaalgrot cave and the Kees and Tierbos lookouts on the Krokodilberg route, returning on the river route along the Hennops. The Hennops rises near Kempton Park and flows north-west through Centurion and the foothills of the Magaliesberg to join the Crocodile River near Hartbeespoort Dam. It is one of Gauteng's most polluted rivers.
