Prestreljenik from Bovec

Trail description

A very long 8.5 km climb of about 1,880 m from Bovec through the Krnica valley and over the Planina Krnica pasture to Prestreljenik (2,499 m) on the Italian border. The upper path is steep and rocky, and the summit is high alpine terrain; the rock window just below the top is reached by a via ferrata that is not part of this line.
