Trail description

A ridge walk to Ostredok, at 1,595 m the highest summit of the Veľká Fatra. The trail climbs from the Revúca valley near Mirova chata to the saddle below Ploská and follows the broad grassy main ridge south to the top, about 8.8 km one way with 640 m of climbing. The rolling alpine meadows give wide open views over the range and beyond.
