Kráľova hoľa z Telgártu

Trail description

From Telgárt at the head of the Hron valley the path climbs over the open pastures north of the village to the Zubrovica spring and on to Kráľova hoľa (1,948 m), the eastern end of the Low Tatras, topped by a transmitter tower. It is 7 km and about 1,050 m of climbing one way. The first kilometre runs along village streets. Brown bears live in these mountains: make some noise in the forest and keep food packed away.
