Sokobanja Ripaljka

Trail description

This short walk follows part of the marked Sokobanja to Ripaljka trail along the Gradašnica river to Ripaljka, a waterfall on Ozren just below the Ozren special hospital. One of the first protected natural monuments in Serbia, it drops over 11 steps totalling about 40 m, the biggest being Velika Ripaljka at 11 m. Come in spring: the river often dries up in summer and autumn and the falls vanish.
