Trail description
A short walk to the Mesolithic settlement of Lepenski Vir on the bank of the Danube in the Djerdap gorge. From the car park a footway leads down to the visitor centre, where a modern shelter protects the sculpted stone heads and house foundations. About 1 km there and back, to one of the oldest and most remarkable archaeological sites in Europe.
