Homolje Veliki Vukan

Trail description

This loop starts in Ždrelo, near the Gornjak monastery in the Homolje mountains, and climbs through forest to Veliki Vukan (825 m). The Planinarski savez Srbije rates the marked route demanding, with red and white markings, a drinking fountain near the village centre and a spring in the Ždrelo monastery yard. A steep forest path leads to a saddle, where the summit path turns through pine woods.
