Trail description
A forest climb from the parking at Fântâna lui Botorog, at the top of the Prăpăstiile Zărneștilor gorge, to Cabana Curmătura (1,470 m) under the north end of Piatra Craiului. The path rises through beech and spruce to the meadow where the hut stands. A classic start for the Piatra Craiului ridge.
