Trail description
A rim walk beside the Bicaz Gorge, the limestone canyon between Lacu Rosu and Bicaz whose walls tower hundreds of metres over the road. From the Piatra Surducului saddle the trail drops to the Chighenilor waterfall in the Bicajel side valley, then climbs past the Turnul Negru crag to the Tifrea saddle above the canyon before heading down toward Lacu Rosu.
