Trail description

A long forest climb from the village of Entre-Deux to the summit of Le Dimitile on the rim of the Cirque de Cilaos. The Sentier Bayonne rises about 1,400 m through cryptomeria and tamarind forest to viewpoints over the cirque and the history of the maroon slaves.
